Box’s metadata capabilities are profound when it comes to advanced search, workflow automation, compliance, and Agentic AI innovations. Due to Box’s powerful API - mxHERO has been able to fully automate metadata enrichment when the mxHERO Intelligent Email Management (IEM) Mail2Cloud platform automates email body and attachment ingestion into Box’s Intelligent Content Cloud.  As inbound, outbound or at-rest email is captured by mxHERO for placement into Box folder or Box Hubs targets, the integration allows for custom metadata fields (to, from, header IDs, file names, date/time stamps, and other taxonomy-based identifiers (e.g. Project #s, Invoice #’s, Case #’s, Legal Matter #’s, Policy #’s, etc etc) to be automatically enriched within Box.  This unlocks a world of potential when it comes to automating advanced search, workflows and augmenting Enterprise Advance’s potential for customers.  Applause Box on your metadata advancements.
