I love and use Box Shuttle but wanted to plug one other platform which we have had to use in very dynamic migration situations.  For instance, if I have 100 sharepoint sites which are all in use I have to have an active way to keep Sharepoint and Box synced while I migrate.  For that, I use CloudHQ and use it religiously for all systems which are still in use while being migrated (Dropbox, Egnyte, etc).  Can’t praise it enough for its simplicity and effectiveness.
