To help us investigate further, could you please log in to Box.com and navigate to the impacted files? Once there, take a screenshot of the timestamps. For your security, please ensure that no personal information, such as your email or data, is visible in the screenshot.
We will also check both the Modified and Updated dates and review the discrepancy.
