We’ll be needing a bit more information on how your browser is interacting with Box to get to the root cause of the problem and may collect information such as a HAR capture. This would require troubleshooting with the help of our Product Support, so kindly open a support ticket for assistance.
Also to best isolate the case, on your ticket, please provide the following information:
- API key/Client ID of the third party app.
- Was this integration working before? If so, when did it stop functioning properly?
- Have you already contacted the creator of Synology Cloud prior to reporting the issue with Box?
- Provide the exact error message you're receiving when trying to link the app to your Box Account (i.e. HTTP error message: 403 (Forbidden) from "synooauth.synology.com")
