Hi there! 

I’m hoping to audit users to ensure that everyone is on Box Drive instead of Box Sync, we’ve been trying to change all our users over to ensure they’re on Box Drive and more up to date!

Is there a way they can monitor this or pull a report on this in Box?

To audit users and ensure they are using Box Drive instead of Box Sync, the primary admin (or co-admin with required permissions) can generate a report in Box. Here's how the admin can do it:

  1. Log in to your Box account.
  2. Go to the Admin Console.
  3. Select "Reports" from the menu.
  4. Choose "User Activity Report."
  5. In the report parameters, select the date range you want to review.
  6. Look for the column that specifies which application (Box Drive or Box Sync) users are utilizing.

This report will help you monitor and track user activity to ensure everyone is on Box Drive as desired.
