Is it possible to block IP addresses for accessing our Box environment? I know through Shield we can set up alerts based on IP location, but not a specific IP address (at least to my knowledge).

Through a support ticket, you can enable IP Allowlisting, which allows traffic for managed users to your Box environment from your desired CIDR ranges. However, specific IP blocking is not offered as IP addresses are prone to change or can be circumvented by individuals.
