Basics for setting up a Hub

For Box Admins:
You'll need to enable Hubs and enable ‘AI’ feature for Hubs in your Admin Console. Since Box AI for Hubs, Documents, and Notes offers unlimited end user queries, I recommend enabling these for everyone, but you could also specify which users and groups should have access.

For Users:
Once your Box Admin enables Hubs, you'll find "Hubs" in your left navigation menu. Clicking on it will display the Hubs you have access to.
