Hi!  I have been asked to get a copy of Box's data dictionary.  Do you guys know where I can find it?

Our account moved from a paid account to a free account and now all the links we had set up for clients are not working.   

Attempting to add user data redacted resulted in a bulk user data error report (see screenshot).  The user was not added to Box.

I have more than one box account, and I am on a MAC OS. I can't seem to figure out how to get both accounts to synch to my MAC -- I was able to do it on my Windows OS.  

I don't see my invoice need copy of my invoice 

I can @mention all users in our license except for one of them. Not sure why. Can anyone help?

Hello. Box does not show the actual size of my files. It says that I have more size occupied than I actually use, and that I can't upload any more files. Can you run a script to fix it? Thank you.

When I try to export the access stats for a document, I get an error message saying "Sorry, the report could not be generated. Please try again." I am a co-owner of the document. How can I fix this?

Hello, someone that is a co-owner on a folder got a message saying that they could not save the file with updates due to insufficient permissions. What other permissions would someone need to update a folder/file than a co-owner? Thank you! 

Hi, i have access to Box on my iphone, since i'm already logged in there. But i can't access it from my PC. Its sending a 2FA code to my phone number which I don't have. Please help, thank you

When trying to set up 2FA, the panel with the QR code has a link that says "View suggested authenticator apps" but that link goes to a page that merely tells me in excruciating detail why I need to use this approach BUT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY SUGGESTIONS as to what apps might actually be applicable to use here! I still have no idea how to authenticate my account so I can access the files that have been placed there for me (owner has mandated authenticator app). This is about as user-unfriendly as it could possibly be! ... some time later... I'm trying to set it up on a laptop. When I do scan the QR code it opens up Apple Keychain on my phone. Perhaps that is an authenticator app. Except that I DO NOT USE Keychain for storing website passwords on my phone (or laptop). And in any event I'd have to log in and use Box on my phone to do that. Sigh. So I did. And then once I'd manually entered my Box username and password into Keychain on my phone, and then logged in to Box.com, and then scann

I am receiving an error message that reads: "Inviatations could not be sent to the following people because collaboration is restricted to their enterprise's collaboration allowed list." I went into the folder I am trying to share -> settings -> collaborators and all the options look correct. This has never happened before. 

Hi, I've got notification that I don't have enough storage but I don't believe that's the case.  I note that others have asked for a storage reset script to be run, not sure if that's the case for me as well. Thanks Will

Hello, So In the past when I have invited a user to our managed instance and the person already had an account, there was always a link to "invite" them to join the managed account.  Now when I try to add the user, I get an error and a CSV report which tells me that they already have an account (which I know).  I did look through the articles but they all indicate that I should be getting the invite link.  Any help to move forward would be appreciated. We’ve integrated Box with Apache NiFi, there is a processor which puts files to Box folders. In case a folder does not exist, it is created by NiFi. Usually there are several nodes in NiFi cluster so two or more NiFi instances try to create the same folder in Box parallel. Normally Box returns 409 (conflict) in case the folder is being created while another request arrives for the creation of the same folder. We experienced intermittent failures during our system tests when subfolders are created in Box (e.g. folder1/folder2/folder3) . Sometimes a folder is created twice with the same name, which is considered illegal since folder names are unique in Box.It seems Box does not throw an error in some cases and creates a folder with an existing name. According to Box developers this is not the expected behaviour.  We use box-java-sdk, 4.4.0. 

I am configuring box shield to block 'Download and Print Restriction' via the shield access policy. Is there a way to allow an exception?    I noticed under 'External Collaborators Restriction' security control there is an option to 'Allow User Justification'. Is there something similar for the 'Download and Print Restriction' policy? 

My box storage says it's full (10/10 GB) but I do not have any files in box. Trash has been deleted. 

Hi Team, I have purchased an unlimited storage plan for my business plan. after completing a 1Tb upload, it shows storage full. my upload got canceled. I need an urgent upgrade from 1TB to unlimited. my server showing an error  

One of the box files is missing and its been more than a month. is there a way to restore the file?
