Hello. Box does not show the actual size of my files. It says that I have more size occupied than I actually use, and that I can't upload any more files. Can you run a script to fix it? Thank you.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
