When I try to export the access stats for a document, I get an error message saying "Sorry, the report could not be generated. Please try again." I am a co-owner of the document. How can I fix this?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
The ability to export data from Content Insights is available only on files owned by Business Plus and Enterprise accounts. It is not available to the following Box users:
- Personal and Personal pro users
- Non-admin users in enterprises that have enabled Restrict Content Creation.
