When I try to export the access stats for a document, I get an error message saying "Sorry, the report could not be generated. Please try again." I am a co-owner of the document. How can I fix this?

The ability to export data from Content Insights is available only on files owned by Business Plus and Enterprise accounts. It is not available to the following Box users:
