Hello! I'm looking for a way to share folders that requires a sign-in so the email will show in the watermark. When I just share a general link, it will show just the timestamp and not the email in the watermark if the person is not logged in to box. Only way I've found so far to keep the email watermark is by making the folder Invite Only, but I'm looking for a way around that. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere that requires people to Sign-in to view w/out an invite? Thanks in advance for the help!

 I was using Google Authenticator for multi factor authentication codes for box (for business user).Changed to new phone and lost previous google authenticator including the one for box. Is there any way to disable my MFA validation or confirm my identity by other way, like my email associated to box?

Hi, When I'm trying to add a user to a box folder. I get an error message: Sorry, you can not invite deactivated users to collaborate. However, her email account is active. Please resolve this issue asap.   Regards Prateek

According to my box account I'm using all 10 of my gigs, but I've deleted many files and this isn't true. At this point I'm probably hardly using 1, but I can't get my storage space back. Can someone fix this issue?

At our Main location, I tried Box via the web browser, when I try to open a file, it tries to use Word on the Web, but can’t connect to the server and can’t open the file. This is the case for numerous people at this location. At our Prospect location, this is not a problem.

We are getting below error when user are running Salesforce flow which creates Box folders. This error is not coming when System Admin user is running the flow. We have checked all the field/objects permissions. Each time I attempt to create a new folder I am getting a message that says, "There was a problem completing your request.  Please try again."  This has been occurring for several days. If I attempt to change an existing folder's name, it says, "You may only use alphanumeric characters and some symbols for folder names."  Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

Is there anyway of using AWS S3 as the source for all data and Box as the frontend? I guess we could shuttle across, from Box to S3 but an unnecessary step and overhead? We have a a CRM pushing data to S3 but have contractors that would benefit from only seeing the documents at the folder level.

I am trying to open files and they say that i need to add extensions to my ipad safari but it takes me to the App Store and there is nothing like that. I already have the latest app. Then i tried on office 365 on adobe and not working. FINALLY it says that i dont have the latest adobe but i have a brand new one from office 365 and employer. We had the person who set up our company account leave and their email was deactivated. We have a lot of data and want to keep the Box account, but we need to change the email of the account administrator, without any access to the old email account. How can this be done? I don't use box, but I provide support for my clients who do and they're saying that they noticed this week they're unable to select text in box previews anymore - they just want to be able to copy text out of box documents (docx) and paste it into another application we use, but they're saying that now whenever they try to highlight, they just get a comment box, which I have tested and verified happens on my end as well. Is there any way to allow them to select text without the need to open the file in word? We want to avoid opening it in word because they have to copy small snippets out of lots of files all day, and the ~10 seconds to open each document really adds up over time.
