According to my box account I'm using all 10 of my gigs, but I've deleted many files and this isn't true. At this point I'm probably hardly using 1, but I can't get my storage space back. Can someone fix this issue?
I have exactly the same issue since few days....and no the issue is not fixed.
They just replied that no pb, even if it show 10 gigs, it is not a problem, just a display...but it is A PROBLEM,

No, my account is still showing a wrong Go sizing !!!!! since many days now !!!!! and I cannot download anymore files because this wrong display of Go !!! so please help as you did before, in the past, by solving the issue in my account.
