Each time I attempt to create a new folder I am getting a message that says, "There was a problem completing your request.  Please try again."  This has been occurring for several days.

If I attempt to change an existing folder's name, it says, "You may only use alphanumeric characters and some symbols for folder names." 

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
