We sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "suppression list". I think the mail was sent before mail account was created. So could you please delete the affected users from suupression list? Below is the link for the article that I read. I want to make an HTTP request from PowerAutomate and delete the BOX folder.

When trying to upload a 302mb file, I get the error: "This file exceeds your plan’s upload limit".. but I still have 6.2GB free? See screenshot. 

Folders stored in Box keep disappearing automatically. There's no history left in the trash either. Why is that?

Please help to run the script to reset the box storage, thank you.

Hello, I have Iphone 12 Pro with IOS version 17.5.1 and I use to open box.com app with no issues at all and it opens very quick. Currently I have no Idea what had happened to it! It's either the Iphone or the box.com app! nothing else.. the net speed is very very strong and I am not having issues with the internet at all. PS. Storage Used: 3.5 GB of 10.0 GB   Can anyone help please?

Hello,     I took this error (You don't have sufficient permission to upload this file.) every day. And it is getting disgusting. I did it wrongly click the save. So every time pop up apepars. I just want to clear my order and I don't want to see ths error message every day.   Thanks Burak

Hey! Where can I find my signed documents in my account? I signed them before I created my account, but with the same E-Mail address. The link to sign the document isn't available anymore now. Is there any change how to download the signed document? Thanks

Hi,  I used to log into my Box account through social login (using my google account). However, I cannot log in with that method after changing my gmail address. It says my current email address should match my old email address which is no longer being used.

When logging in It takes me back to a box account with WB Discovery that I worked for over two years ago, and unfortunately it won't let me log in beyond that. Hi, I will be making files available to clients for download. I will also be making a folder available to each client to upload into. Since I usually won't know if my clients have a Box account, I will probably use the "Shared Link" feature, which is different from inviting someone as a collaborator, just in case they don't have an account. I tested this with multiple accounts, and it works well.  I would prefer to add each client as a Viewer on the download folder and an Uploader on the upload folder in addition though. This is because if they *do* have a Box account, it will allow them better control and integration - for example, the shared folders will show up in their folder structure when they are logged in. The problem is that for those clients who *don't* have a box account, adding them as collaborators will ask them to open a Box account. I don't want to require this for them, and I don't want to confuse them. I know that for clients without a Box account, it would be better t

BOX Drive上で削除したフォルダがブラウザ上に残っており、削除ができません。削除を行うと『リクエストの実行中に問題が発生しました。再度お試しください。』とエラーが表示されます。   フォルダの名前変更のみ可能。移動・削除が不可能です。 権限者のアカウントで試してしましたが同じエラーが発生しました。 削除を行う解決方法はありますか。

In a free account it doesn't allow for changing the email, I don't want to upgrade to a paid account which it tries to force you into

I am unable to save files directly to box folder - however if i save locally first and then i can cut and paste them into the box folder. Any solutions to save directly?
