How do Relay variables work and what are the available options. I have a task triggered by a file upload for a new starter and want to include the new starters name in tasks. Otherwise the task assignees would not know which new starter to work on, thanks.

I install Box Drive, click Log In  and it takes me to my browser to log in, I log in and it says Launching Box Drive and shows me the Log In screen again. I tried uninstalling and deleting the App Data and the Reg Key. Still cannot log in to Box Drive.

I have two laptops. One of them (office machine - Windows 11) works well with keeping my work up to date, but when I use the second laptop (home - Windows 10), it will not show changes made earlier in the day at the office. Likewise, if I work on my home laptop, that work will not be available when I sign on at the office. Based on info I read in this forum, I deleted the Box Sync application on both machines. The three startup apps are Box, Box edit, and Box Local Com Service, and they are enabled on both machines. Should I delete the Box location on the home computer and let it re-load that content? There are a bunch of files in my unsynched folder that I am sort of afraid to delete because I don't know what I might have done in the last month at home that did not sync. While I can rename the folder and not lose them, I would still need to go back and compare each individual file.  I have tried reading all the advice but am not getting a solution that seems to work. 

My folder that is named All Files has no files. But my folder says 「121.0 MB/10.0 GB used」. Please clear my folder capacity. Then make my folder「0 MB/10.0 GB used」.

Hi,  I'm a Business plan user, and trying to figure out what I can do with box solution on Salesforce right now. So far, I have done all the initial configuration, and can manage box folders on the record page. The next thing I want to do is to build a Salesforce workflow to create a box folde automatically when a record is created. However, the pre-made apex classes are not working on my workflow. It reports either "field validation error" or "Default credential cannot call box API", but I cannot find any mistake in workflow. Is this because those apex classes are out of Business plan scope?

I've deleted all my content, but it says that is has 8.1 GB in use.   Thanks in advance

I have a shared folder with a few files. Just found out one of them is gone, and can't be found in my trash dir. How to check the history of this file and recover it?

Hello, is it possible to georeference files and show them on a map? For example, we would like to be able to search for past complete projects on a map and see what precedents we may have in geographical proximity.

I am only using a portion of my quota but am unable to restore even a single file from the trash as it tells me I am over the limit. 

Hi there, My boss has a BOX account that he pays for with his credit card, but the account was set up by his admin who no longer works at our company (the email used doesn't exist anymore). We need to have the account ownership transferred to my boss. Please let me know how to proceed.

Even though I haven’t set up two-factor authentication, I’m being asked for it when I log in.

I opened a Box account yesterday for my employer, however, the account was created with an incorrect email.  I opened a new account today and would like to transfer the folders and files from the old to the new.

Hello- we've noticed with the last update that when you search, it defaults to search within the current folder rather than all of Box. Is there a way to change that default back to search within all of Box?   Thank you!

Hello, I have signed into box using a Google Account, so I have no set password. I was given access to a folder that requires changing my old password, but without an old password I am unable to change it without prompting an "There was an error in changing your password," text. Thank you for your help.
