Hello all.
The situation in bullets:
- I have users collaborating in an Excel file on Box.
- Observed a user open the Excel file with the web app and edit the file.
- The same user downloads the file from box but gets a previous version.
- The user goes back to the web app and her changes are still there.
- We have "unlimited" file versions enabled in the admin console.
- For some reason, Box does not show new versions of the file.
- Can't get past V359 and the last edited date is Sep 26th yet the user can click on the file, make changes in the web app and they remain.
I can add more detail if needed. Hope someone can help.
