Link to Box from Support

Do you realize there is NO link anywhere that brings the user back to Box.com?

Since this support site is exclusively for Box.com, wouldn't it make sense for a link to the Box site exist somewhere on this site? Do I really have to type it back into the address bar myself? Are you assuming that if you have the support site open you must have the Box site open already? Actually, I don't even know how I got here and I can't get back to the main site!

    Wow, I can't even edit my own post. Ok.

    Let me change the title of my original post: Link to Box from Support Site and Open Support Site in New Tab

    So I went back to the main site (manually) and found out how I got to the support site. I clicked on the "?" and it took me to the support site IN THE SAME TAB as the main site I was in! It took me away from the site rather than opening in a new tab. But once you are on the support site, you can't get back to the main site unless you click the back button however many times or just type in the URL in the address bar. HOW STUPID!!!! It should open up in a NEW TAB AND there should be a link SOMEWHERE at the top of the support site that goes back to the main site (in a new tab preferably) Yes, they are the same company but two different subdomains and should be treated as two different sites meaning they should always open up in a NEW tab not the same tab.

    As of this writing, we don't have a direct link in support.box.com that'll take you to the Box website. 

    Please note that this site (support.box.com) mainly focuses on providing public knowledge base, trainings, and up and coming feature update/announcement regarding the product and its features. 

    For the meantime, you may bookmark the Box URL into your browser for easy access. 

    Any product feature request or suggestions are most welcome, we recommend you post your idea on pulse.box.com for more visibility. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
