It says that we have reached our limit, but isn't our plan supposed to have no storage limit? Can you please help us check what is going on with our account's folder limit? If we did reach our limit, please let us know what the limit is and if we can purchase more storage, what the cost would be.

It shows that you only have access to shared folders. At this rate,  reach out to the folder owner and make sure that this user hasn't reached his/her storage allocation.
