Whenever I have either a Mac update or even a Microsoft update, The Box Location either is missing on my locations side bar OR the box no longer synchs and is up to date with the office staff.  It is delayed from the day prior to the update.


What I have to do now to synch the box application is to uninstall and reinstall box on my computer after clearing all cache and doing a restart.


I read other posts from 2 years ago but there were no suggestions or reasons for the issue posted.  Any help would be great.
