According to my box account I'm using all my gigs, but I've deleted many files and this isn't true. Can someone fix this issue?

Hi Rona, thank you for your answer, but I have this problem at least from sunday, so more than 48 hours. I use box a lot and I'm really struggling to continue to study and work without syncing my files. Can you help me please in some way?
Hi Rona, another day has passed, and my problem persists. Is there any solution to this problem? It has not solved itself, for the moment I have had to download an important part of my data and put it in another cloud service. Can you help me please?
