is it possible to create different links through which an organisation can share documents in several folders?  When I tried to create several links for different document categories, the system kept generating just one and the same link for the different document categories.

We had a Technical documentation folder, which now is missing from box. please let us know how to retrieve the same

I dint not intend to sign up for or be charged $720 to may card for what looked like a $20 a month charge! Refund my charge asap! I will dispute the charge ans mmd I will report this. This is ridiculous.

Why is this?  I can't get anything done on the box app on my phone.  It's terrible.  I have tried updating and reinstalling, issue is still there.

I am suddenly unable to access folders shared with me by a colleague -- same company, have made no changes to the account or profile information and never had an issue before.

I've had a ticket open with my IT for months with no resolution. Our IT say they have me and another new member configured like all the others but ours get the white screen, while the older members get proper access. It's apparent they don't (or you don't) talk to each other on this issue. Login screen looks like broken old BBS system with text displayed. Fill in the login credentials NEXT and password then get the white screen. Windows 10 Pro 22H2 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1270P   2.20 GHz. Tried using Edge, Chrome, and Firefox browsers. Cache cleared. Since I don't have admin access to this machine I'm limited in what I can configure/change. I wish you posted the resolutions of the many users who have reported this problem so one could try to get this working. Jim

I turned on my computer this morning and a files content was missing. It had a red exclamation point beside the folder. I went to another computer in the office and the file was completely gone. It is not in the trash bin either.

I haven't received the notification email. The last notification email received was on July 14th, 2023. Since then, I have not received any notification emails. Please resolve this issue.

We use the embed widget feature on a regular basis. The login and sign up buttons are confusing our customers! Is there away to delete them or hide them? I have noticed that there has been similar posts.

Hi Srs, I removed 40Gb, cleaned the trash, to use for another files, but it continues occupying space. I say that there might be a script to run and correct it. Can you run it on my account? Thank you very much.

Hi, thanks for the great service. Deleting files does not reduce storage space.Is there any way I can do something about it myself?

I'm not having any luck migrating my DropBox files to Box with the Shuttle.  I want to try a different DropBox Account but every time I click on the DropBox source, it logs me in with the existing creds and doesn't provide an option for a different account.  I've deleted the source and tries to re-add it.  But it just keep authenticating the same DropBox account.  Is there a way to dump those creds and use new ones? Even if I delete unnecessary files in the folder managed by this account and there is nothing in the folder, the storage capacity of 9.3GB may be used. Can you please take measures so that the storage capacity is displayed normally?

Having troubles with box in the past week or so. Now it shows me this message even though we have unlimited storage. 

I am using Box on Windows 10. When I look at the control panel, the Box version seems to be 2.29.112. However, the version of Box.msi located in C:\ProgramData\Box\Box\Installer is 2.34.84.How did this discrepancy occur? I'm not sure, but I can't update or uninstall Box.I want to uninstall it and then reinstall it, but what kind of resources should I prepare?

Hi, On my own Android phone, there are some apps that my company controls but Box is not one of them. I'm logged into Box with my own private account but a message says  I'm running into "Organization Restrictions", and I can't dowload files (Sharing not allowed).On the web it's ok. But I'd prefer use the app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. And cleaned cache and app data. Buenas, se me ha borrado la app del móvil y al querer volver a instalar me indica  "Tu dispositivo no es compatible con esta versión", por lo que veo es compatible para versión 11 en adelante si no es un error en las especificaciones que hay puesta en la info de la app. Puede alguien echarme una mano???, Gracias
