As the title states, I am trying to find a path to determine 1) when a user was assigned as an editor to a specific folder, and 2) who made the assignment?

Please generate a Collaborations Report to generate this data. Doing so will allow you to identify when the user has been invited as collaborator and who sent the invitation.

Thanks for the guidance! I do not see a filter for a unique file or folder name. This seems to run a report on all folders and files within the account. I see filters for owners and collaborators, still not quite as limiting as I would hope. Is my understanding accurate? Only checking before running the global report.
