Error while trying to activate my subscription from a trial box

I have the following error "Une erreur s'est produite pendant la procédure de résiliation de votre version d'essai. Veuillez réessayer ou appeler Box au 0800 909 816" when trying to activate my subscription from a trial box. I need Box.com quickly and no one is answering on the phone 0800 909 816.
