Hello. I'm using about 30 GB of box storage, but the usage is showing 44.8 / 50.0 GB. I read the related article and found that running a script from Box Support fixes this issue. Please correct the usage of my account.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
