Issue with Files syncing on desktop/Missing files

Hello, I am having issues with missing files and files not syncing, in the bottom right tray it displays file sync errors, but wont resolve when trying to sync. Online its also not displaying the correct file information. Can someone assist ?

I have deleted so many files and and folders which I do not need, I removed same from thrash also, still storage space is showing same as earlier.  How to reclaim space? My account shows 48.6 GB but I am using 42GB.please help Thank you

Relink box drive to my desktop

How can I access Box Drive on my desktop which I remoting into. I am currently working from home and I remote into my desktop situated at the office. At the moment I only have Box on my laptop which makes it hard for me to save folders as I work a system on my desktop.

Olá, preciso de ajuda com o item que encontrei nas configurações. Temos o plano Enterprise, mas não consigo fazer upload de arquivos maiores que 10 GB, que deveriam ser limitados. Porém, olhando para verificar esta informação encontrei essa descrição nas configurações armazenamento Usado 2,0 MB de 10,0 GB, é por isso que não consigo fazer upload dos arquivos? se não, como posso realizar este processo de upload de um arquivo maior que 10GB?

VP Deposit Operations

Creating username and password for Piper/Sandler website - able to do all but when I try to verify my email address when Box sends the link I get this error message: the link has expired.  If I try to log in  - it recognizes my email address and says I cannot log in as someone already has it.  Some folks can log in with no problem and a few of cannot.  Thank you for your assistance, Cindy

Collaboration Files Not Showing

Unsure if I am overlooking something. We had an email sent over with an Accept Invite Link. When clicking on the invite link to accept the file does not appear. Have read through the forums and followed steps listed there and we are still not seeing the file. Would like assistance in locating this or what we need to do to correct.   Thank you!

Can't receive shared folder

I got an email to share a folder with me that I was expecting. I clicked on the "Accept Invite" link and it asked me to sign up for an account. I already have one so I signed in, but then the shared folder wasn't in my account. So I clicked the "Accept Invite" link from the email again, but it never shows up in my files. I have accepted shared folders from this person before with no issues. I tried looking for a way to contact Customer Support because I don't think a random user will be able to help me with this, but apparently there is no customer support. Anyone have any ideas? Or an email to contact support directly?

Used Space showing incorrect. Low storage space available

Hi, My account storage space is incorrect. I have had this issue regularly and the support person ran a script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account? As you mentioned earlier, you are running the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid the issue in future. This is my 10th POST regarding the same issue in the last 7 months. Please look into this matter with utmost urgency. Thanks in advance

Error message when inviting new colaborators

Hi,  I urgently need to add new collaborators on a folder.  I am used to do it and it works well usually. The 'restrict collaboration' is unticked. I don't understand where the problem comes from. Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you in advance Clara
