I am trying to sign into my business account but I'm getting an error message "Going forward, Box will require that your Google account address matches your Box account address". I hit the "Show Me How" button and it just dumps me to the main support page. I search for that error and get nothing. I had to create this account just to make a post.
Can I please get some support here? No options to open an actual ticket, please advise.
