Trying to use google sheets and documents in Box and want to allow multiple users access to editing real time. We are finding it makes a copy of the document which can lead to many version. Is there a way to edit documents and it not create a new version every time?

If you haven't already we suggest Box for Google Workspace as this integration allows real-time editing with multiple collaborators and auto-save changes.
