Hi, When trying to upload zip files less than 1.5GBea into a folder, we're getting 'account storage limit reached'. Despite having a Business Plus account. I was under the impression we are meant to have unlimited storage, can a support team member please assist?   Thank you. 

We are finding Canvas unreliable - often coming back to a Canvas several images just have spinning yellow circles or have shown up in the wrong places altogether. This has happened with multiple collaborators at different locations.  Has anyone seen this and/or found a solution?  If we can't solve this we'll have to go back to Miro or some other solution.

In my box, it shows 7.0 out of 10.0 storge used.  But no files in my account, I deleted everything.  Please restore my box.

Hi there. I’m looking for a way to download a watermarked file using the API with a viewer user.I saw the platform docs mentioning that when using a user with Viewer access level to download a watermarked file, you need to first open the file for preview and then the download becomes available. How can I do the same thing using the API instead of the UI? Is it possible to create a zip file containing this watermarked file?

Hi, i'm unable to restore file as store is full even if I deleted everything from Box. Please help to run the script. 

This is a reoccurring issue.  Could this be resolved?  I have very few files, and nothing in my trash, but my account shows its 9.8GB out of 10GB.  

Dear Box Support, Hello. Can you please run the script on my account that allows for an updated and accurate measurement of the storage being used? My account is currently counting previously deleted files (that have also been deleted from the trash) against my limit. Thank you for your help! Evan Peck

Can someone at Box support please reset my Storage. I deleted files but still show 90.6 GB out of 100GB used . Other times this has happened, support had to run a script to correct problem.

How do I get this resolved?

I am trying to download Box Tools for Mac. I did follow the steps and it's confirmed that downloaded successfully but I am not able to download the document from Box.  

Someone shared a folder to (my) email1.I made an account using email2, + linked that acct to email1.I could see the shared folder + can still see that shared folder.BUT ... then I removed linked email1 from my account, and now I can't (re)-link to email1 again ... and actually now I cannot link to ANY OTHER EMAIL addr. Hi, My customer no access to the box since three months, this is the error message :

I am not receiving any emails from Box more than 1 year. I have cross verified Junk Folder. No emails was received from Box. Even I Tried to reset the password but that emails also not received. Kindly look into this and help me to fix this issue.

I use Box.com for clients to upload their tax documents so I can prepare their taxes.  I'm sick of them uploading crappy jpegs of documents.  I want to restrict the file upload type to PDF only.  How do I do this?

When I set up my free account, I set it up to use my Google Sign-in as the login.  However, I'm not able to login to my desktop app.  Every time I open the desktop app and try to login, it takes me to the web to sign in on my Google account, but then once I sign in it doesn't take me back to the desktop app.    I've tried resetting my password, so I can sign in via the password... but I can't seem to get rid of the Google Account Sign-in option...

Hello,  I have seen in past posts published a few years ago that having more than 1 person editing a document at the same time is not feasible.  Is this still something that is not possible?  There are many times where we want to edit a Powerpoint with multiple people working on it at the same time. 

How much can I upload per month with an Enterprise subscription?
