We are trying to send an invitation to an external user and we are getting an error message that says Sorry you cannot invite deactivtated user to collaborate.  How do we resolve this

In order to collaborate with someone through Box, please make sure that you're inviting a user with an active Box account. Looks like your invitee's email  has deactivated the account. 


You can advice him/her to contact Box Product Support so we could help him/her identify what his/her options are.
