I'd like to talk to someone that works with box.. I can not get access to box, unable to sign in. I've tried for hours now. Many different ways. I need to speak to an actual person.

I will second this. I have created a new user yesterday and no notifications are being received so there is no way for the user to gain access to the system. IT is showing me the incoming email logs and there isn't anything from box.com
