Hi, my storage is full, but it isn't. I have tried to remove files but the storage size didn't change. Please fix.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

I am having the same issue on my account. It says that i have no storage but the web page shows 0 out of 10gb used. I am unable to upload video files
