Hi, I'm new to box sign from DocuSign. I have managed to create a template and have a few questions, please help. Can I set a template up without having to add a "Recipient" I do not know who this will be until I need them to sign the document? Because, i have had to set myself up as the recipient to save the "Template". When i do use the template I have to change to the person who is the actual recipient. I then have to manually change all 15 of the fields I have added to be completed. Can this be set up automatically so it just has to be signed by the "recipient" and not a specific person? How do you quickly jump from one field to another. It is difficult to scroll through a 31 page document to find the 15 fields i have created throughout? How do I stop box creating multiples of the same document? It seems every time i do in the folder there are more documents? Thank you for your support Natalie

Unable to login into Box Drive with my email ID [personal information–redacted] and SSO (single-sign-on). I am getting an error as below:"Verify that you are connected to the internet and then click Retry. If you continue to see this message, contact your administrator to verify if it is a network issue. Logged this issue 3 weeks ago...that is that the main search bar for the Box files is missing. Yes, you can go to 'all files' and do a search there, but it's a lot less convenient and takes much longer. Can this be fixed quickly, please, as very frustrating?
I see there are several other posts here about failure when attempting to install Box Drive on Macs. I've tried several times. It hangs while running the scripts, then fails. Is there no live support at Box? The chat box just sent me to the support site.

Hello, I have created a PowerBi dashboard that is linked with BOX files. However, every time my colleagues update the files, and refresh the dashboard, it doesn't display the most recent info. Someone recently tried to upload some big files to my account. They received a 'Storage almost full' or some such message. 1. How come I didn't receive an automated notice about this? 2. Why is there nowhere in my account info listed, what my storage limit is? I can see what I've used (something like a little over 500GB) but no information about the storage capacity/limit of my account?! Duh! Come on guys & gals, get it together!

We just got our firms box.com account set up and our employees have exisiting accounts, how do I move them to our new account, they are currently using their work emails. We don't want to lose files and be on all one enterprise.
