This has been a problem for years, but now that I need to work on files offline, Box is no longer my default application.It doesn't matter how many times I install and uninstall Box Sync. The application DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE MARKED OFFLINE FOLDERS IF I AM OFFLINE and have no internet connection.Even if I specify the folders I want to use offline, when I exit the app, the whole box folder DISAPPEARS.It seems that with the application not running, the Box folder is not mounted and I don't even know where I can find it on my PC.The PC is a brand new Surface pro 9 and Box is the only thing that still doesn't work.There is NO WAY to get help or support and there is no online guide to resolve this issue.Box has become useless.

How can I resolve this? Storage says I am at 9.6gb of 10.0gb used, but actually have less than 4gb in my account. I deleted all items in the trash and that did nothing. Assistance would be appreciated.
I added a new user to out Box and she is not receiving the verification emails (even clicking the re-send does not work). I checked in our org's Exchange logs and no emails are received on our servers from box to this user.

Hi, I accidentally registered a friend as a collaborator on a parent folder. The invitation is still pending, and my friend has not yet processed it. I want to delete his account as the collaborator . How can I do this?

We need access to a specific account that happens to be the only admin account <personal information-redacted>the company knows of having. The email is tied to an account that is no longer with the company and the MFA is tied to a cell phone number of a fired employee who is refusing to respond to give us the verification code. We do have access to the email account that is the administrator. The fired employee was instructed to change the admin to <personal information-redacted>but they never did, instead kept another terminated employees email tied and connected his phone number to the MFA. I have tried resetting the password for the account and I am still unable to get in due to the MFA. We have searched all of the terminated employee's email accounts and drives and cannot find a trace of a backup code to access the account. This is a pressing matter as the company heavily uses Box for company data and no one is able to administrate or create new users at this point and
Good afternoon, We have a Box Enterprise account and I need to view all our file structures and size of each folder. I am the Admin on this account and have been unable to access the Content Manager to find all the folders? I can only see the folders that I personally have access to. I did see the note below when trouble shooting but as I said we have Box Enterprise so should be able to see all Folders? Are you able to advise? Hello, one of our members currently has two BOX accounts registered. We are looking to have those two accounts "combined" while being able to keep/access all the files associated with both accounts!
After having issue reclaiming space after deleting and purging files and being informed that the storage has been successfully restored, I've downloaded and deleted literally everything in my account and the total is still showing "31.1 GB of 50.0 GB used". Can someone please explain to me how I've deleted/removed/purged files in a way that I'm still using storage? I'd very much like to understand how to remove files correctly and in a way that will result in the reclamation of space.

I have had a free basic Box account for many years, but need to change my default email. There may be an account account associated with the new email I wish to use, but I do not actively use it. Box support says this needs to be done by submitting a request, but the "submit a request" page only has the option to post here. Would be grateful for help with this issue. Thanks Peter
I have a user who deleted a bunch of items/folders before their deactivation and I need to recover those files and folders.
I am currently using a Box trial account and have connected the API to another application. However, the connection only works for about 1 hour before being lost. I would like to ask if this is the way Box's algorithm works or a limitation of the trial account. Thank you for your help.

I am trying to change my email address because we are retiring our domain. We set up a new domain and I gollowed all the steps to register the new domain and set up a managed user for the new email address. I can't change my email address.
I need to delete a custom app from my account. It's already deleted in the developer console but when I try to create a new app with the same public key, the key indicates it's still in use. I can see that the app is displayed in my admin account but it can only be disabled in this view.

My account is available but everything is gone. I went back and looked and my automatic payments have not been taken out. I don't know what happened. There is no reason for that account not to pay, ever. Is there anything I can do? I would like to get my photos and documents back. Please help.
