Help! My Google docs on Box keep crashing. I can't get past 30 minutes into my work before my files crash again (two different files are having the same problem). Another collaborator has said one of those two documents is a little more buggy than usual today, but nothing like what I'm experiencing. Sometimes I'm getting the "can't save changes" error that appears in red type on the top of the document. Other times, my screen is replaced by a grey background with a smallish white square graphic of a sad face in the center of the screen, like the early Macs used to display after a crash. Please help. I'm unable to make progress on my work. Thanks in advance. - Danielle
