Hello,
My phone broke a few months ago and when setting up the new one, I forgot to add back the 2FA for box.com.
Unfortunately, I realized that yesterday when I got logged out and was not able to log back in.
I tried to use my account backup codes in place of the 2FA but when I do it sill asks me for a 2FA code.
Is there any way to receive a temporary code to finally login please?

I was able to login in and reactivate my 2FA, so we can close this thread and the ticket :)
