I made a Box folder for data storage in a lab I was managing a couple years ago. I was just informed that I am still the owner and they can no longer upload new files. There are several TB of data in there and I want to make sure they don't lose them, but I don't own a computer large enough to store all that data. Unfortunately, I lost access to the email when I left the job. I've been looking on the forum about transferring ownership when the owner no longer has access to the owner email and haven't found anything that solves the problem. What alternate solutions could you suggest?

I work for a university that provides access to my box account. When I attempt to sign on through the SSO, I am getting an error message that states that my login credentials are invalid. I made this free box account to try to access support to resolve the issue as my university help desk advised me that the problem my login credentials are valid and suggested that the error is with the box application.

With Box Drive, trying to rename files doesn't work, the name just goes back to what it was before. Opening Office files like Word documents, will make Word open for a second and then close. I went into Word and navigated to where the file was located, and the following error is produced:If I copy the file to my desktop, it will open just fine. PDF files seem to open just fine. Also some file names get truncated to what looks like 32 characters and the user can't rename the file through Box Driver but they can successfully rename the file through the Box web interface. This is Windows 11 Enterprise running Box Drive 2.39.174. User Profile redirection is being used to point to user home directories on a server, but that shouldn't be affecting this since other users with a similar configuration are doing this as well without issue. If I go to the web version of Box all of these functions behave properly. This also occurs for multiple users, so it's something to do with Box or wher this f
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Box, but still unable to open and the link in this prompt sends me nowhere. How do I create a support case?
I lost access to my old email and that's why I can't log into my Box account. What should I do in order to resrore access to my Box account?

If users try to print to Adobe PDF or Microsoft PDF in an application (Edge especially), the application will crash once the file explorer window pops up to choose where you want the document saved. If I uninstall Box Sync, it works just fine with no crashing. If the users do a Save as PDF in Edge, it will allow them to save just fine in Edge. When I check the Windows Event Viewer, it does not say much other than the Edge application crashed.
Hi! I experienced a power outage and my desktop was shut down while I was transferring files to box drive. I tried the "reset box drive" on the webpage but wasn't able to delete the folder in Appdata as I was denied access. I then tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, and I got this, I would really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!
I have deleted all files also from trash but it still appears full. Please fix it. Thank you very much
BOXに保存したjpegデータをBOXDriveを介して確認した際に、ファイル更新日が別のデバイスで確認すると異なる日付である。
I have a 50GB account. I deleted all my files and even emptied the trash. But it still says 9GB used out of 50GB. Anyway, my request is for you to run the script so that it resets the free space since I have no files stored anyway. Otherwise I will not be able to copy any files at all.
I am trying to add other members of our organization to our new box account and keep getting the message "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise".
The shared folders in my box disappeared all at once. I am having trouble because there is no data left in the trash can. I see a folder on my Box drive and would like to copy it locally, but an error prevents me from duplicating it. What should I do to recover? It's very troubled.
