i just bought a surface pro 11 and try to install my box account to start working but after installed the app keep asking me to restart and cannot go into login mode.

As of this writing, Box Drive is not supported on ARM-based Windows PCs, such as the Microsoft Surface Pro X series, or on Windows virtual machines running on ARM-based host computers, such as Macs with M1 or later chips (Apple Silicon).
You may submit this as a feature request and we recommend you post your idea on pulse.box.com for more visibility. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
