Just signed up for a business account and I need technical support to create a large volume of folders. But I cannot seem to find any chat or other support. Please help.

Worst customer support ever.  Its impossible to get help, find a way to submit a ticket or get a reasonable response to an ongoing problem.  If I had any ability in my company to move to another platform, I would.
