Hello - I have an ex-employee who has intentionally removed files from my Box account, and they are not in the Trash or any of other synced accounts to this file. Is there any way to retrieve these files, if the employee has lost or deleted them? Are there backups in Box? This has just happened yesterday. Thank you in advance for your help.

Want to add a column, (essentially a due date) so that members of our team can search by title (alpha) or click on the date column and search by date due. right now in a given folder at any level I have Name, Date Modified, Type and Size. Want to add a column I can enter a date in (like 6-16 or 7-23 etc...) Is this possible and how do I do it? Thanks

Hello! I need to pull insights from all the files in a folder created in October 2023. I was looking at my options in the admin console and it seems like I can only pull downloads, etc. from the past 90 days and not even from a specific folder or file. Is this possible? It seems silly that I can look at insights on all individual files from a non-admin account, but can't pull a report those insights. I don't want to individually look at each file to get the data I need. Thanks!

I would like to inquire about linking existing users to a new Enterprise organization. Our company has recently contracted a new Enterprise plan. We want to invite members of our organization (under our domain) as users. However, some users are already using BOX individually with their corporate email addresses. When we try to invite them, an error message appears stating, "An existing account exists but is not linked to the organization," and the invitation cannot be completed. Please confirm how we should proceed with this issue.
I am currently using Enterprise.I am trying to get a link using JSON web token (jwt) and getEmbedLink and display it in an iframe, but the logo mark appears.I configured the logo not to be displayed from the administrator console, butIt remains in the upper left corner of the iframe. Is this an authentication issue or something?Is it possible to delete this in the first place?
