trying to log into an old account, but need to change the email address because that email is no longer valid. i can't verify my account with the original email i used to set up the account. i have another account that i use on a regular basis and would like to also use this second one, but there is no way to change my email address and no answer on the phone. thank you

Box doesn’t have a way to verify Box accounts on invalid email. We suggest using your second Box account instead.

I added a new linked email address.  I received a message at the new linked email "Email pending verification for your Box account", but there is no button or link to verify.


How can I verify the new linked email and make it default if I no longer have access to the original email?
