I am an admin for a university. Despite our best intentions, users end up leaving us with important folders owned by them. Their supervisors turn in tickets asking Box Admins to reassign all of their folders to a new user. If there was some way, by looking at a user's list, to know which folders they owned (as opposed to which ones they had access to but were owned by other people). Often they are collaborating on 100 folders, but only owned 2-3. Currently the only way I know to figure this out is to open all 100 folders to see who the owner is. It would be awesome if folders they owned were one color, and the ones they don't own were another color. I think that would also be helpful for users to know which ones they own.

So when we are trying to print multiple pictures from Box, which I know you have to print one at a time, after I have printed the first picture and I try to print the second picture, the window to send the picture to the printer does not pop up. In fact once I have selected to print from the ellipses drop down, nothing pops up at all. I have had to physically log out of the program, and log back in, in order to print more than one picture.
I have a box app in my enterprise box, and the box app has a service account (xxx@boxdevedition.com). I'm also the owner of a box folder and I want to transfer the box folder's owner to the service account. In Box web UI, I can successfully change the folder's owner to a human or a functional account by adding the account as the folder's collaborator and change its permission to Owner. But it doesn't work for a service account, the service account can be added as the folder's collaborator, and I can also see the Owner option under its permission column, however when I do it, nothing happens, it's not applied successfully, not sure if it works as design or an issue with Box.
I am currently running a trial of box.com for our company and having an issue getting a user added. I've spent the last 15 minutes trying to figure out how to contact support to no avail. Everything leads me to a "Contact Support" page that just sends me to these forums. How do you actually contact support?

I create an image of my entire hard drive every few days using Acronis Cyber Protect Home. The image file is stored on an external hard drive. I use Box Drive and synchronize my Box folder (and subdirectories) to the Cloud and to two separate laptops. Today, I had the need to restore one particular file stored in a box subdirectory from the external backup file on the external hard drive. When I navigate to the Box directory on the external backup file, it exists, but it is completely empty. This leads me to believe that:(1) My Box files on my hard drive are actually stored somewhere else (most likely in the USERS\APPDATA\LOCAL\BOX directory or subdirectory somewhere), and (2) The file names are disguised, so they are meaningless to me.Here is the issue: Let's say I accidentally delete a file or a file gets corrupted on one of my laptops. We sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "suppression list". Hello, I have Iphone 12 Pro with IOS version 17.5.1 and I use to open box.com app with no issues at all and it opens very quick. Currently I have no Idea what had happened to it! It's either the Iphone or the box.com app! nothing else.. the net speed is very very strong and I am not having issues with the internet at all. PS. Storage Used: 3.5 GB of 10.0 GB Can anyone help please?
Hello, I took this error (You don't have sufficient permission to upload this file.) every day. And it is getting disgusting. I did it wrongly click the save. So every time pop up apepars. I just want to clear my order and I don't want to see ths error message every day. Thanks Burak
