My account needs to be added to the Business account

I already have a basic account and I asked my company to upgrade to a Business account but they can't add me to it since my company email is already used and that is where I have all my content.

You should reach out to your Box Administrator and add you to their account. 

If they encounter an error, they need to contact Box Support (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
