I installed a new Mac and, I don't know why,  many folders and files didn't sync and I lost the majority of them.


Something is in the trash and it can be restored from ti, but it looks like the version history wasn't kept. Is there any way to recover the previous version, I mean, rhe version of September, 1st?

Note: the maximum number of prior file versions you can access corresponds to your Box account type:


  • Personal Free - 1 Version

  • Personal Pro - 10 Versions

  • Starter - 25 Versions

  • Business/Business Plus - 50 Versions

  • Enterprise - 100 Versions
