Hello Box Support,


When the connected App-created user is in the Password Reset stage, we receive the below response while generating the token using the Box credentials.


RESPONSE:
400 - {"error":"password_reset_required","error_description":"User needs to reset password"}


When the user reset the password then we no longer receive this error.


Is there any way to bypass this error even when a user is in the Password Reset stage?


Also, we would like to know what happens if that user is deactivated from that Box account. What will happen in that case?

I need the Box API details to find out when my Box password is going to expire or when it was last updated.
