Hi, I'm trying to invite an external customer to collaborate, but he is saying the 2 steps authentication is only giving him the option to use the authentication app, not the sms option, what can I do to help him?


I think I need initially to become an admin or co-admin. how can I do that?

I became the owner of the folder "as advised by the support" but I still can't see the admin console and can't change the settings for the 2FA for my client.
