THE WHOLE ACCOUNT SAYS IT"S CLOSED> 2 YEARS OF FILES HELP NOW How is there no way to contact support? this is insane.
I had files under a personal account and an account under my previous organization. Nobody else from the organization was on the files (they were simply under my name - not shared with other teammates). These accounts were co-owners, so my personal account was the only one shared on the files. When I left my previous organization, the organization disabled my account and it deleted the files for my personal account, as well. The organization wanted to help me recover the files, but did not have access to them because they were not shared with another organization member (since they were my personal research files). Are these files gone forever? When an account is deactivated by an organization are all of the files lost? Is there a way to pay to recover them? Can someone help me find out if they are anywhere at all in the Box system? They're incredibly valuable to me and I would do anything to recover them. At the very least, I would appreciate knowing someone was willing to help me try
I upgraded my account yesterday morning... it has been over 4 hours and all my files are missing. How can I be assured the files will be restored? Do you need any information from me to expedite a restore? Otherwise, I want my money back.
My university requires encryption and my firewall to be turned on in order to use Box Drive on my personal device. I just updated to Sequoia 15.0, and I am getting an error that my device does not meet my organization's security requirements: "firewall not enabled." However, my firewall is enabled. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, Can one of the admins run a script that fixes the storage space inconsistencies please? Before I deleted anything I was at 9.9 / 10 GB. Now I deleted half of my files and I am still on 9.9 / 10 GB. This happened to me a few times before, and when you run the script it shows proper space available. Thanks.

Despite deleting 15GB of files, my storage is still showing "FULL" at 10.1GB out of 10GB. To remedy this, my client has added me to their Business account, which is supposedly unlimited storage. However, I am STILL unable to upload anything to this account! Additionally, my account lists "Account Type: Business," but I'm still relegated to posting on this forum rather than being able to start a ticket or email or actually *speak* to someone regarding this issue. Amazing.
We are very interested in using box for our digital storage system. However, during the trial, I was unable to add in my self and my manager as users. This is because we have both had Box accounts before. The trial has now ended and I deactivated the account as we didn't want to get charged for the business plan before the issue is addressed/fixed. We urgently need to migrate from physical files to digital so if you can give us a fix for this, we'd be very happy to start the business plan. The account we used for the business trial was different from the account I'm posting this on so if someone could come back to me, I can give you the email address we use and have tried to add as users.
We enabled hubs beta and the AI icon went away from the left side bar. It seems like we have lost the ability to use the AI beta now.
I've been granted permissions (even co-ownership) of files and folders recently, but when I try to access them, I receive the "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." error (see below for screenshot). I have tried this in both Chrome and Edge and get the same result either way. I do get a request to authenticate using PingID, which shows as green once I authenticate. I am working from home, and I am logged onto the network using MyApps (v3). Is there some other setting or something I should be checking? The file owners have confirmed that they have granted me permission. I've seen this on two different box folders in the last two days.
I did the following: 1. Invited a new user 2. New user received a confirmation email 3. New user clicked on account settings on the email and nothing happened 4. I removed the new user email and tried adding him again and it showed an error 5. I cannot longer add any user with the same domain I need help here from box to add this new email into my account

When i click the link it keeps asking me for a password that I would like to use and then i get a 403 error. I will no longer have access to the email associated with my box.com account and I need to change it. I purchased from Varsity Media my daughter's 2018 cheer competition and I cannot lose those files!
We have a new user with an active account who has been unable to use this account as the user never received the confirmation/verification email and cannot reset the password. I have tried all the other items on the support article about this. This seems like a common item people post on this forum, but an answer is never shared. Can you please look into this for me?
After clicking "request signature" a modal window pops up prompting the user to upgrade the plan. Once dismissed, via the corner "x" or "not now" the pending signatures page is loaded instead of the request signature page. I can tell that a signing is initiated because copies of the PDF are created, but I'm not finding a way to get in there and add signatures or send the document out.
I have one folder which has a blue icon. I made a fresh one and it's yellow. The blue one works for API -- I am able to upload files to it. How do I change the yellow one to be the same? Seems the blue one was shared with my API user, but I don't know how to do that again -- it was a long time we did that one. We have only one actual user on this platform. Thank you.
Hi. I use box for work. I have a client that had been able to see a folder that we shared with her in the past, but she can no longer log into her account because it is asking her for 2 Factor Authentication that she said she never set up. The addition of the search only in the folder and having to click "everywhere" to change has been a very inconvenient change that I and many co-workers that I also work with that use box has degraded the overall user experience as well as added tedious/unnecessary clicking each time we would like to search for something within box. A simple suggestion that I have thought of would to either remove the addition of this as a whole or adjust it so that everywhere is searched by default and if the user wants to search only a specific folder, then allow them to click on this option.
