Notifications

Hi

Thee settings for this are puzzling me. There is my account "master", which I have unticked for everything, I then go into parent folders for particular projects I am working on and the options are greyed out and not allowing me to apply a specific requirment 9ie like notification when there is an upload) for that and its child folders?

Any ideas please?
