Assistance Required for Account Invitation to Organization

End users with 10GB free account showing full when they are not

We have shared folders with clients outside of our company and beginning last week, they were getting a notice that their box was full, when all they had in it was our shared folder.  It was my understanding that our folders went against our storage limits.

Hi, I recently attend a Cornell U. community event.  There was a headshot booth.  The photographer gave the box info url to download copies of the pictures.  I cannot located the pictures.  Please advise

IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) with Box

Hi,In Order to integrate ACE (App connect enterprise) application with Box for automated file uploads Which ACE application has to place PDF files in specified Box location. So, when I am trying to get authorization code of box I am getting “Disabled by Administrator” error message.Thought I have sent email to box team, I haven't received any response. About storage capacity

I am on a business plan and should have unlimited storage, but when I try to upload, it says that the limit has been reached and I cannot upload.The admin page also shows unlimited capacity for user accounts (no limit set).Do you know the cause?

Reinstate the deleted app or help remove the public key from Box?

I’m integrating Box with Bubble and I deleted my Box app and tried to associate my Bubble account with a newly created Box app. But I’m getting a “public key already in use” message despite having already deleted the previous Box app. Am trying to get in touch with someone at Box Support to either reinstate the deleted app or help remove the public key from Box’s system. Bubble doesn’t allow me to create a new public key for my app so that is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looks like it is possible based on the below post: I deleted the application without removing the public key, now what? General I misconfigured my application within developers.box.com and deleted it to create another one and start the correct configuration. When deleting the app, I forgot to remove the public key from my bubble.io app. When creating a new application, I can no longer use the public key of my bubble.io application because it says that it is being use
