Introduction
Presenters from Box's product, marketing, and consulting teams introduce themselves, answering the icebreaker question: "If you could improve one step in your digital asset management workflow, what would it be?" Common themes emerged around improving search, leveraging AI for automation, and ensuring brand consistency.

Main Topics
The Business Problem of DAM
1) Content Chaos, where assets are scattered, outdated, and inconsistent;
2) Fragmented Workflows, which slow down time-to-market with manual processes; and
3) Governance and Compliance Risks, such as using unapproved or unlicensed content.

Audience polls revealed that managing approvals and rights is the biggest headache, followed closely by finding the right asset quickly.

Capture, Enrich, Action Framework

For the second demo, John Graulau from Box Consulting presents the "Capture, Enrich, Action" framework. His demo shows how an image uploaded for an architecture project is automatically enriched with metadata from multiple sources - the submission form, the image's EXIF data, reverse geocoding for location, and Box AI for object recognition. This transforms an unstructured file into a highly structured, searchable asset in seconds, making it immediately findable and ready for use.

Q&A
The session concludes with a Q&A segment where the panel addresses audience questions. Key topics included the possibility of viewing the backend of a custom Box AI agent (which will be explored in the DPP), the requirement of the Enterprise Advanced suite for the full workflow, and how existing Box customers can begin adopting these DAM functionalities (the best first step being to join the DPP).
