Getting started in the community

I am on a business plan and should have unlimited storage, but when I try to upload, it says that the limit has been reached and I cannot upload.The admin page also shows unlimited capacity for user accounts (no limit set).Do you know the cause?

I deleted my account, and I can’t restart it. Is there a way to restart it after I’ve deleted it?

Notification to be sent for any deleted files to a particular person or to a group/folder ? Which one is it?

I’m integrating Box with Bubble and I deleted my Box app and tried to associate my Bubble account with a newly created Box app. But I’m getting a “public key already in use” message despite having already deleted the previous Box app. Am trying to get in touch with someone at Box Support to either reinstate the deleted app or help remove the public key from Box’s system. Bubble doesn’t allow me to create a new public key for my app so that is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Our agency has begun using Box Hubs, and while we are not a tremendously large organization, if I’m adding all staff as viewers for a hub, it comes across as rather inefficient to have to add every single person’s email individually in the share screen so that the hub appears among their accessible choices.  I’m not missing something, am I?

Looking for an enterprise-level Box user to help solve a puzzle!Anybody have have experience using Netwrix, Spirion, BigID, or Purview to scan a Box instance for sensitive information?   As an Information Governance and Records Management consultant, I work with large organizations managing massive data volumes (10+ PB). Can rclone be used with a free Box account? Are there any reliable instructions for setting up rclone to access Box? (I’m finding a lot of guides that do not work).

We have a lot of folders in Box that contains a lot of duplicative folders/files and wanted to find a way to compare them so that if They are the same, we can just delete one of them One has more files, delete the one with less files Missing files in either folders, synch them and delete one of them.I’m not sure if Box have this capability or not.  Secondly, Box Drive doesn’t show certain type of files, we can’t really do an apple-to-apple comparison between the folders using third party software on our local Box Drive.Any suggestion, API, etc is greatly appreciate.

Can others see someone else’s bin?

We’ve recently been adding the VTT files alongside the MP4 files on our own platform and I was wondering if it were possible to set closed captions to play by default if the VTT file is present, rather than the user having to turn it on. I’m also checking in our LMS to see if I can do anything there, but thought I’d check with the source first.Many thanks
